Event Branding

Challenge – As the global leader in IT and networking technologies, Cisco hosts an annual conference to unite its customers and partners from around the world. The event has evolved into “Cisco Live!” For the past 7 years, we have collaborated with the Cisco team to design and develop the annual event branding. Over time, the scope of Cisco Live! has expanded into educational and industry networking opportunities, which the event branding must also reflect.

SolutionYear after year, our objective has been to create an overall brand for the event while aligning the core programs to Cisco’s respective audiences. The branding must relay Cisco’s corporate messaging in an energetic manner that invites audience participation. Each year’s theme must also relate to Cisco’s global audience and be easily translated across all platforms: print, online, and on-site collateral. After the team selects a concept for the annual conference, we develop a style guide for Cisco vendors and global teams to reference. We then translate the concept into the design of the Cisco Live! website, email templates, marketing materials, and on-site collateral.
