Her desk may be decorated with smiley face mugs and sassy calendar cards, but from the moment she answers the phone with “Hello, Bates Creative,” you know she means business.
Amanda joined the team with the task of launching the Bates Creative marketing department. Marketing is a field that happened organically for her, but secured her interest with its multi-faceted intersection of branding, technology, creativity and business.
As a creative problem solver, Amanda follows logical decisions mixed with leads from her gut instinct. Breaking new ground in an industry that is constantly changing requires keen strategy and compelling content creation. That’s where she comes in as the voice of Bates—phone calls, emails, blog posts, presentations, social media—you name it.
Amanda’s social spectrum ranges from keeping up with fashion trends and binging on trash TV (while following along on Twitter) to chatting with potential clients, colleagues and friends who seek the betterment of their brand.
