Since joining Bates Creative in 2012, Cecile has risen to leadership status at the agency without losing sight of her team player roots. She’s helped the agency evolve with experimental creative and inspires her team to tap into thoughtful design that speaks volumes about brands. Cecile is an award-winning Art Director who has spearheaded complete magazine redesigns, revamped brand identities and collaborated on marketing campaigns for clients like the American Marketing Association, Ammon Heisler Sachs Architects, VMWare, and WorldatWork.
Cecile’s creative repertoire goes beyond computer-based designs. It goes without saying that her early days of scrapbooking worldwide travels has come a long way. This stylistic malleability has led Cecile to explore cutting-edge techniques to bring a client’s goals into a visual light, and inspire fellow creatives to try the same.
